Your driver waits inside arrivals with a name board. We track the flight, so a three-hour delay or an early landing changes nothing — and there is no night surcharge, ever, however late the plane gets in.
Our own Toyota Alphard — reclining captain seats, dual-zone aircon and power sliding doors — serves every tarmac route year-round: up to 4 guests with full luggage, 6 travelling light. Park and off-road runs go by licensed 4×4 partner, quoted per date.
Price agreed before pickup, driver's name and number sent by WhatsApp the day before, and a message when your guest is safely delivered. Park and conservation fees are passed through at cost, never marked up.
Where we run
Rates are quoted per vehicle, one way, and confirmed in writing before every pickup. Tour companies and lodges get partner rates — ask for the rate sheet.
Times are driving time from the terminal or hotel door in ordinary traffic, at legal speeds — never a best-case sprint. Allow longer at Arusha peak hours (07:00–09:00, 16:30–19:00) and in the rains. For flight departures from JRO we schedule pickups with a two-hour road window, so a slow day never costs you a plane.

Tell us the flight, the date and where you're staying. We reply with a price and, once you're happy, your driver's details — usually within the hour. Pay on the day or in advance, whichever suits.
